If you have a good memory for Christmas movie announcements, you’ll recall that last year author SQuire Rushnell and his wife Louise DuArt appeared on the NBC TODAY show with Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb to discuss their “Godwink” book series. During the segment they announced that a film series was in development with Hallmark, and that Gifford would be starring in them.

Fast-forward over a year later and “A Godwink Christmas” is set to debut during Hallmark’s holiday programming this fall! Whether it’s for Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas or Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ Miracles of Christmas line-up remains to be seen, but I believe it will be the latter considering the theme of the movie.

Fan favorite Paul Campbell has been posting some photos from set along with costars Kimberley Sustad and, as mentioned, Gifford. Watch the announcement and see photos from the set below!

I was scrolling through my Instagram timeline today when I saw a photo of former “7th Heaven” star Beverley Mitchell and former “Laguna Beach”/”One Tree Hill” actor Stephen Colletti chillin’ among Christmas decor. When I read the caption and saw other recent photos, I gathered that they had just concluded production on a new Christmas movie!

I wasn’t able to gather much else about the movie other than the fact that it must take place in Louisiana, where they were filming and that it’s for the Lifetime network.
