Last night, Kellie Pickler hosted the “Christmas: A Second Look Preview Special”, which is Hallmark Channel’s insider look at the original movies premiering during their Countdown to Christmas programming this year, and 2018 is going to jam-packed with romantic holiday magic!

While Kellie made sure to recap the movies Lacey Chabert gave us a sneak peek at over the summer during the first preview special, she put the focus on 4 other upcoming films: “Road to Christmas”, “Mingle All the Way”, “Christmas in Evergreen: Letters to Santa” and “A Majestic Christmas”.

“Road to Christmas”
Premieres: November 4, 2018*
Network: Hallmark Channel
Cast: Jessy Schram, Chad Michael Murray and Teryl Rothery

Producer Maggie (Schram) and filmmaker Danny (Murray) are tasked with putting together a live Christmas special on a live in Vermont​ featuring Danny’s mother, Julia (Rothery), when a last minute changes the pair cross-country to film extra segments, Maggie hatches a plan to to deliver all three of Julia’s grown sons as the best Christmas surprise ever.

“Mingle All the Way”
Premieres: November 18, 2018*
Network: Hallmark Channel
Cast: Jen Lilley, Brant Daugherty and Lindsay Wagner

​In this charming Christmas story, a new networking app is designed to pair busy professionals who are not looking for romance​. The apps founder Molly (Lilley) is matched up with ambitious businessman Jeff (Daugherty), despite Molly and Jeff already having a history of disastrous encounters, they agree to stay matched strictly for business purposes, of course, until their perspective events are over, but sometimes love comes from the most unexpected places.

“Christmas in Evergreen: Letters to Santa”

Cast: Jill Wagner, Mark Deklin, Holly Robinson-Peete and Barbara Niven

​When Lisa (Wagner) takes a last minute Christmas trip to her hometown of Evergreen, she finds that the beloved General Store has closed its doors. So, Lisa convinces a resident contractor, Kevin (Deklin), to help her transform the shop to its former glory. Amidst the restoration, the towns people find a very mysterious 25-year-old letter that never made it to the North Pole.

“A Majestic Christmas”
Premieres: December 2, 2018*
Network: Hallmark Channel
Cast: Jerrika Hinton and Christian Vincent

Set in Briar Falls, New York–a picturesque town known for their Twelve Day Festival, architect Nell (Hinton) goes back to her hometown to turn the historic Majestic Playhouse Theater into a modern multiplex, much to the town’s objections. When she meets the inexperienced new owner of the theater, Connor (Vincent), whose vision and ideas clash with Nell’s, she hopes that if she can give him a crash course in Christmas during the town’s festival, he might just change his mind about modernizing the Majestic after all.
