I recently saw “Small Town Christmas”, one of the new Hallmark Movies & Mysteries holiday movies. The film stars Ashley Newbrough as Nell, an author who visits the town of Springdale during the holidays while on her book tour, and is reunited with Emmett (Kristoffer Polaha), a man she met years ago while they were both junior copy editors in New York City.

I really liked this blue coat that Nell wears pretty early in the film, so I had to track it down.

For another scene, Nell wears a beautiful black and white fair isle sweater, which was used for the promotional photo shoot and poster. I was really hoping to track this down, but was told by costume designer Claudia Da Ponte that it was actually a thrifted find!

I love a great snowflake pattern, and that’s exactly what Nell’s pajamas had going on; for a brief scene, she wears an adorable navy pj set with pink piping and a colorful snowflake print.  Once again, I was looking to find these for sale online somewhere, but they were from the store Winners, located in Canada, that – sadly – does not have a web store.

I think this might be the most popular coat on Hallmark this season!

Nell wore the popular ZARA Masculine Coat in Burgundy, which was previously seen on Candace Cameron Bure in “A Shoe Addict’s Christmas” as well as on Jen Lilley in “Mingle All the Way”!
