I love Christmas surprises in May, especially when it’s as fun as this one!

Hilarie Burton revealed on her Instagram yesterday that she’s working on another Christmas movie for the Lifetime network, titled “A Christmas Wish”, with her friends Tyler Hilton and Megan Park.

It’s actually another mini “One Tree Hill” reunion; Burton and Hilton starred as Peyton Sawyer and Chris Keller, respectively, on the former long-running hit drama. Last year the two co-starred in Lifetime’s “The Christmas Contract”, which featured many more of their former OTH co-stars.

It was quite the holiday treat!

In an Instagram post from Park, who’s Hilton’s wife in real life, she hints that she’s been working on a project that she’s starring in and directing, and considering the timing, I think it’s safe to say she’ll be directing this special holiday film as well. (Update 05/30/19: The director is Emily Moss Wilson!)

There isn’t anything released about the plot yet, but Burton did post a photo today with Hilton and their choreographer Kenneth Kynt Bryan … so, I guess we can expect some festive dancing!

“A Christmas Wish” is set to premiere later this year as part of Lifetime’s holiday programming event It’s a Wonderful Lifetime. I’ll keep you posted as more information becomes available.
