If you’re looking for a funny holiday romance, Hallmark Channel delivered this year with “Holiday Date”, starring Brittany Bristow and Matt Cohen, which premiered last night. The movie tells the story of Brooke Miller (Bristow), a budding fashion designer, who gets dumped right before the holidays—unbeknownst to her family, so she hires an actor named Joel (Cohen) to pose as her Christmas-loving boyfriend… little does she know, he’s never celebrated the holiday before.
Right off the bat, I loved the double-breasted coat Brooke wears. If you’re the type who likes to wear brighter colors in the winter, you might want to pick this one up!
She’s wearing the Ever New ‘Ripley’ Wool Coat in Apricot, which is available at EverNew.ca for $90.
Another great piece that Brooke wears is this ruffled neck blouse with button down and neck tie detail along with flared wrists. She’s wearing the DEX Long-Sleeve Button-Down Jacquard Blouse, which is available at TheBay.com in dark blue and green.

I really loved this grey colorblock cardigan that Brooke pairs with a silky silver camisole, but I wasn’t able to track down the exact match. That said, I did find this nearly identical Autumn Cashmere Colorblock Cardigan at Tobi.com!
Joel (Cohen) kept cozy in a bronzed puffer vest that paired really nicely with his plum thermal shirt. He’s wearing the UNIQLO MEN Ultra Light Down Vest in Khaki ($59.90, uniqlo.com).
Speaking his plum thermal, which is actually a striking color for him and I really applaud costume designer Vladimir Markovich for this selection, it’s actually connected to the white under layer.
Joel is wearing the Le 31 2-in-1 Style Organic Cotton T-Shirt, which is on sale at Simons.com.
