Photos: Lifetime

Kelly Rowland stars in her first Christmas movie this year with “Merry Liddle Christmas”, which recently premiered on the Lifetime network. In the movie, Rowland plays Jacquie Liddle, a successful digital entrepreneur who invites her family to her dream home for the holidays in the hopes of advancing her career with a special opportunity. Christmas chaos ensues, the plan backfires, and Jacquie may find a little love on the way with Tyler Brooks (played by Thomas Cadrot).

Emily Gray was the costume designer for this movie and gave me a little scoop on some of the fashion from the movie!  First things first, the pretty blue smocked dress that’s worn in the promotional photos (above) as well as scene in the movie is the Wilfred ‘Laken’ Long-Sleeve Chiffon Dress in Pure Indigo, which is currently on sale at Aritzia.com.

In this behind-the-scenes photos with her co-stars, Debbi Morgan, Latonya Williams and Bresha Webb, I noticed that Kelly was wearing a super chic pair of leopard Saint Laurent ‘Joplin’ Leopard Boots. Unfortunately, these beauties are currently sold out.

For her Christmas pajamas, Jacquie wore a luxe pair of Christine Lingerie Silk Pajamas in Ruby.

The rest of the women in the movie actually all wore pajamas from the same brand!

This was not only the last look in the movie, it was also one of my favorites. Jacquie wore a cute cropped burgundy turtleneck that she paired with Maison Margiela Leather Culottes! These were from Gray’s personal vintage collection, so unfortunately, they’re no longer available to buy.

I found a grey lookalike pair from Missguided that would look great with this similar top.
