Jana Kramer has been filming a new Christmas movie this month and she’s been documenting the production through her Instagram! The Country singer and former “One Tree Hill” actress is starring in “Welcome Home Christmas” alongside Brandon Quinn, who was recently seen in the Netflix film “Sweet Magnolias”.  As for their roles, it’s speculated that Jana will play the role of Chloe and Brandon will play a character named Michael.

The movie, directed by Brian Herzlinger, is filming in sweltering Nashville, Tennessee (see how Jana and Brandon deal with the heat here!) and will air on the Lifetime network for their It’s A Wonderful Lifetime lineup. We can see that there is a military theme to the plot as Jana posted this photo of her on set with a real-life U.S. soldier and there have been set photos with American flags displayed, so I imagine we’ll get an early November premiere in time for Veterans Day.

Tim Reid (“Sister, Sister”, “Greenleaf” and “Radio Christmas”) and Charlene Tilton (“Dallas”) also star.
