ABC has announced a global superstar lineup for “The Disney Holiday Singalong”, hosted by Ryan Seacrest, that is set to air Thursday, November 30th at 8pm/7c on the network.
After two very successful presentations of “The Disney Family Singalong” earlier this year, it’s quite the treat that the network will be adding the festive spin to bring some holiday cheer into our homes this season with this jolly one-hour musical event. The star-studded lineup will include celebrity performances and appearances, including Andrea Bocelli, BTS, Michael Bublé, Ciara, Chloe x Halle, Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert, Julianne Hough, Adam Lambert, Leslie Odom Jr., Katy Perry, P!NK and Kerry Washington.
For the first time since Broadway’s shutdown amid the pandemic, the casts from Disney on Broadway’s “The Lion King,“ “Aladdin” and “Frozen” will reunite for an emotional performance of “Let It Go”, a tribute to Broadway, at The New Amsterdam Theatre. Disney Music Group’s acclaimed seven-member a cappella group DCappella also joins in for some seasonal sounds as they will carol throughout the show encouraging viewers at home to sing along.
Check out the full list of beloved Disney melodies and classic holiday carols that are set to be performed by some of the top names in entertainment; there will be animated on-screen lyrics included to allow viewers at home to sing along.
