A wintry movie premiere in the middle of spring? Sounds good to me!
Hallmark Channel is bouncing from spring to summer by making a return to winter next month with the premiere of “Baby, It’s Cold Inside”. The film, which stars Jocelyn Hudon (From Friend to Fiancé, When Hope Calls) and Steve Lund (The Christmas Cottage, Christmas Inc, Best Christmas Party Ever, The Art of Us, Unlocking Christmas), is set to air on Saturday, May 8th at 9pm/8c.

Synopsis: When a travel agent up for a promotion is directed to forgo her tropical vacation to instead visit the world-famous Ice Hotel, she discovers her sacrifices are more than compensated.
Now, it’s not exactly a brand-new Christmas movie, but it will definitely hold us over until Christmas in July programming! Will you be watching?
Stay merry!
Why is it that all American Christmas movies pretend to take place in the U.S. rather than being honest about where the movie is actually filmed.?
Is it because Americans can only relate to a Christmas love story if it takes place in the U.S.
Do they not believe other countries could have Christmas or love stories?
We have absolutely no say in the movies Hallmark produces, and we agree that more diversity is needed – tons more, however there have been movies filmed and set outside of the U.S.; “Christmas in Rome” (filmed in Italy), “Christmas in Vienna” (filmed in Austria) and “Christmas at Castle Hart” (filmed in Ireland), off the top of the head. We hope they’ll expand even more in the coming years!
