Kelly Clarkson will lead her first NBC holiday special tonight, “Kelly Clarkson Presents: When Christmas Comes Around,“ to celebrate the season and support the Grammy and Emmy winner’s latest Christmas album.

The musical spectacular will feature special guests Leslie Odom Jr., Ariana Grande, Brett Eldredge, Jay Leno, Melissa McCarthy, Amy Poehler, and the one-and-only Santa Claus as well as some special everyday heroes with life-changing surprises.

It’s time to celebrate an iconic holiday tradition … lighting the giant Christmas tree in New York City’s Rockefeller Center for the season!  This is one of the most beloved moments of the year, and some of your favorite names in music will be there rockin’ around the Christmas tree for NBC’s 89th Annual “Christmas in Rockefeller Center” special — airing tonight!

Viewers will be treated to festive performances by Alessia Cara, Harry Connick Jr., Mickey Guyton, Norah Jones, Brad Paisley, Rob Thomas, Carrie Underwood and more.  The evening will include a duet featuring Paisley and Thomas, and a special performance by the Radio City Rockettes.

As we kick off December, we’re also decking the halls and trimming the trees, which includes iconic Christmas tree lighting ceremonies! LL Cool J is set to host the 99th National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, which will be broadcasted on CBS this weekend, Sunday, December 5 (8:30pm ET, 8pm PT) — and there’s a star-studded lineup!

Billy Porter, Chris Stapleton, H.E.R., Juanes, Keb’ Mo’, Kristin Chenoweth, Maren Morris and Patti LaBelle will be on-hand with special performances during the event.  The U.S. Army Band Downrange and the Howard University Gospel Choir are also set to perform.
