The other day I posted a run-down of all the Hallmark Christmas movies that are set for DVD release dates in the coming weeks, and now we officially have the release date for Universal Pictures “Last Christmas”, starring Emilia Clarke and Henry Golding, which opened in theaters this past November.

Amazon Description: From director Paul Feig (Bridesmaids) and Academy Award-winning screenwriter Emma Thompson (Bridget Jones’s Baby) comes a heartfelt romantic comedy inspired by the unforgettable music of George Michael. Leave it up to Hallmark to give the gift that keeps giving!

Both Hallmark Channel and its sister networks Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and Hallmark Drama will air a Christmas feature three-times-a-week throughout the year, aside from the annual Merry Madness marathon, Christmas in July event and iconic holiday programming at the end of the year.

Hallmark Drama will air the movie on Wednesdays nights while Hallmark Movies & Mysteries will air on Thursdays and Hallmark Channel kicks off the weekend with a movie on Friday nights.

The first week of films are set to air TONIGHT!

There are many ways to watch Hallmark Christmas movies… during their iconic holiday programming event at the end of the year, when the network airs a festive movie here and there throughout the year or selective features included on their website…or by picking up a DVD copy to watch whenever the mood strikes! I posted a list of the latest Hallmark DVD releases recently, but there are a few more on the way!

First up, Christmas Wishes & Mistletoe Kisses (starring Jill Wagner & Matthew Davis), Pride, Prejudice and Mistletoe (starring Lacey Chabert & Brendan Penny), Merry & Bright (starring Andrew Walker & Jodie Sweetin), A Shoe Addict’s Christmas (starring Candace Cameron Bure, Luke McFarlane & Jean Smart) and Time for Me to Come Home for Christmas (starring Megan Park & Josh Henderson), which were all available via Walmart late last year, will be available for purchase through Amazon on January 7th. Click the titles for the respective links to pre-order your copy.

Here you will find a comprehensive list of all the holiday movies, specials and episodes that will be airing on US television during the Christmas season (and throughout the year!). Air dates are listed where possible, but if you see TBD (To Be Determined) then keep checking back to see when an air-date and time become available.

Please Note: This list will continue to be updated throughout the season, so please keep checking back!  Some networks (i.e. Hallmark, Lifetime & UPtv) will air their own original Christmas movies 24-hours a day with air-times that can change sporadically so, for those networks, I will include a link to their daily programming schedule to avoid making this post 3 miles long!

FYI: Christmas original movies from streaming services like Netflix are available 365 days a year, so keep in mind the films that premiered last year are *typically* still streaming!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! 🎄

It’s truly the most wonderful time of the year, and I wanted to take a quick break from celebrating with family to check in and wish you all an absolutely blessed holiday.  This is a very special time of the year for me, and if you’re reading this, I’m guessing it is for you too.  It’s yet another nice time to reflect and make memories, to reconnect with family and old friends, and maybe make a new friend or two; to show appreciation to those who make your day a little easier throughout the year, or to just share a friendly greeting or exchange of cheer  with people who briefly pop into your life.

Christmas is a day we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ – but, Christmas is also about gifts…just not the material kind — it’s about the gift of time with people you love. The gift of moments you’ll cherish forever.  Christmas time is a gift because it allows you to be present.  So, without getting too sappy on you, I want to wish you a wonderful and festive celebration.

I’ll be celebrating through January 6th as I observe ‘Little Christmas’, but let’s be real, I’ll be here all year.  Whenever you need a little dose of ‘merry’, you know where to find it. ✨
