With 37 original Christmas movies on the way, it’s no wonder Hallmark is airing so many preview specials to increase our excitement! You won’t hear me complaining–I can’t get enough!

After hosting the Christmas: A Second Look Preview Special last month, Kellie Pickler (“Christmas at Graceland”) is returning to bring viewers the 2018 Countdown to Christmas Preview Special.

This special sneak peek with give us one last first-look at the upcoming movies that are part of Hallmark Channel’s “Countdown to Christmas”, the award-winning #1 holiday programming event, which kicks off on October 26th and runs through the end of the year.

For the latest installment of Hallmark’s first-look shows, Candace Cameron Bure and Happy the Dog took the 2018 Miracles of Christmas Preview Special festivities over to the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries to celebrate all of the programming coming to the network this holiday season.

In the hour-long special, Candace gave us a sneak peek at several of the 14 original Christmas movies premiering, and it increased my excitement tenfold! Check out all of the films spotlighted below.

These past two months have been jam-packed with announcements from networks regarding their impending festive programming, and now UPtv has joined in with their holiday lineup!

Beginning November 1st, the family network will begin airing over 500 hours of holiday programming over the course of 55 days—including 7 original movie premieres.

The beloved 2000 Disney movie “Life-Size” starring Tyra Banks and Lindsay Lohan will have its network premiere on Freeform next month during the Kickoff to Christmas programming, and the highly-anticipated sequel will premiere on Sunday, December 2nd (9:00–11:00 p.m. EST.) as part of the 25 Days of Christmas event.

Because we can never get enough of the sneak peeks at Hallmark’s glorious line-up of holiday movies, the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries network is having their turn at a preview this time around—and Candace Cameron Bure is taking on hosting duties!

Candace will host the 2018 Miracles of Christmas Preview Special where viewers will get a closer look at the movies coming to the network for the Miracles of Christmas holiday programming slate, which kicks off on October 26th and runs through the end of the year with 15 original premieres!

The special airs on Sunday, October 14th, at 11/10c on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.

Before “25 Days of Christmas” on Freeform in December, the network is launching some holiday pre-game programming with Kickoff to Christmas, a month-long slate that kicks off on November 1st.

While there won’t be many actual Christmas movies that air every day just yet, we will get a lot of festive fun thrown in with quite a few films–including: “Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas” (2000), “Deck the Halls” (2006), Disney’s “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” (1998), Disney’s “A Christmas Carol” (2009), the network premiere of “Love the Coopers” (2015) and the 1994 classic “The Santa Clause” as well as its third installment–I’m not sure why they aren’t airing the second film.

“The Truth About Christmas”, Freeform’s new original film, will also have its premiere on Sunday, November 25th (9:00-11:00 p.m. EST/PST).

The movie stars Kali Hawk as Jillian, a successful political consultant confident in her ability to put a spin on anything, whose next big project is the upcoming mayoral campaign for her boyfriend George (Damon Dayoub). On the way to meet George’s family for the first time during the holidays, an unusual confrontation with a toy store Santa results in a drastic change in Jillian where she can’t stop herself from wildly spilling the truth. Ali Ghandour co-stars as George’s brother Blake, who believes you should always be true to yourself but thinks Jillian just might be losing it. Jillian must find a way to make it stop before her holidays, her job and her relationship are ruined.

Because you can never have enough Christmas movies, Hallmark has added “Last Vermont Christmas”, the 37th original film in their already record-breaking lineup this year!

Justin Bruening (“The Thanksgiving House”) and Erin Cahill (“Sleigh Bells Ring”) lead the new film, which tells the story of Megan (Cahill) and her two sisters Bethany and Mary, who reunite each and every Christmas at their childhood home. This year things take an unexpected turn when their parents put the house up for sale and the buyer is Megan’s former sweetheart, Nash (Bruening).

A few weeks ago I told you about John Legend working on an upcoming Christmas album, and today he officially announced it this morning–along with a tour and a sneak peek one of the songs!

The recent EGOT winner (that stands for Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony, btw!) took to social media to give us the scoop on his new holiday record, A Legendary Christmas. The video included a behind-the-scenes peek at the album art photoshoot with his family as a snippet of “Bring Me Love”, one of six original tracks on the album plays over the montage.

Pentatonix has another Christmas album on the way!

In what has become a new tradition, the beloved a capella group (consisting of vocalists Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, Kevin Olusola and Matt Sallee) announced last week that they’re releasing their fourth holiday album this October entitled, Christmas Is Here!

In addition to the album announcement, PTX also told fans that they would be embarking on a concert tour to support the record. They posted the dates of their Christmas Is Here! Tour on their social accounts and added that the first single off of the record would be a cover of “Making Christmas” from the Tim Burton classic, “The Nightmare Before Christmas”.
