HBO Max is getting in on the holiday fun this year starting today, Thursday, November 18th, with the launch of the Holiday Wonderland spotlight page of the subscription streaming service.

In December, the page will offer the daily gift of Naughty or Nice titles, which will assist viewers in choosing something to watch to fit their festive mood. Keep in mind that the Naughty section will offer content geared towards adults, including “Black Christmas”, holiday themed episodes of “South Park”, and the original film “Santa Inc.”  The Nice section will feature family-friendly content, including “Elf” and holiday themed episodes of “Full House”.

Keep on the lookout for the Max Originals, including “Santa Inc.” along with “8-Bit Christmas” and season two of “12 Dates of Christmas”, which will stream along with jolly classics, such as “A Christmas Story”, “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation”, “The Polar Express”, the full “Harry Potter” collection and musical specials like “My Gift: A Christmas Special From Carrie Underwood”.

Earlier this week, HBO Max announced that the New Line comedy 8-Bit Christmas will be coming to their streaming service this holiday season, starring Neil Patrick Harris, Winslow Fegley, June Diane Raphael and Steve Zahn, and directed by Michael Dowse.

The movie, which is based off of the novel by Kevin Jakubowski who also penned the screenplay, is set in 1980s Chicago and follows a ten-year-old boy named Jake Doyle (Fegley) who sets out on a quest to get the latest and greatest video game system for Christmas.
