NBC is getting into the holiday spirit this year with “Baking It”, a six-episode holiday competition series from the creators of the successful crafting competition show “Making It” and executive producer Amy Poehler and her Paper Kite Productions.

Emmy award-winning actor, producer and musician Maya Rudolph (“Saturday Night Live”) and Golden Globe and Emmy award-winning actor and producer, Andy Samberg (“Brooklyn Nine-Nine”) are set to host the festive fun.

In the series, eight teams of two talented home bakers will join Maya and Andy’s winter cabin for a celebration of culinary holiday traditions, which will be judged by four real-life grandmothers who are bakers themselves… talk about some tough critics!

The contestant partners will be made up of spouses, siblings, friends and more, and they will work together to create sweet and savory unique dishes for themed challenges in the hopes of winning an joyful cash prize.
