We just celebrated the first day of fall this past weekend, and now we’re officially 3 months away from Christmas Day! This is our favorite time of the year, and we’re planning on enjoying every second of it… we hope you do too!

We have reached 100 DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS! Today is a significant step towards the holiday season, and in our household, it serves as the perfect day to really plan the festivities awaiting us. We have our apple cider and our Christmas planner ready, and we’re excited to start making lists that we will ‘check twice’ long before Santa Claus is prepared to take flight. π πΌπ

Today marks #4MonthsUntilChristmas, and we’re very excited about it in this household… and super overwhelmed because we moved this year and have a lot of our Christmas decorations in storage. We need to make a game plan of what will be taken out and what we will need for our new place!
We kinda feel like that one scene from “Home Alone” where Kevin is running around his house screaming. π Wish us some merry luck!

It’s Christmas in July!!! Our holiday in the sun has been filled with heavy rain, lots of thunder and many puddles, but that won’t diminish our Christmas cheer that we’re filled with all year!

1 WEEK UNTIL CHRISTMAS!
Time is just flying by faster than Santa Claus’ sleigh on Christmas Eve!
We hope these 7 days provide you with time to finish up shopping, and to watch all of the Christmas movies you can. Speaking of which, we have a lot of movies from different streaming services to get caught up onβincluding a few Lifetime and Hallmark movies, and watching some of our favorite classics, of course. We’re going to use this next week to do that, bake holiday treats, pick up stocking stuffers, and just enjoy time together as a family as we celebrate the reason for the season.

2 WEEKS UNTIL CHRISTMAS!
Sometimes we just want to freeze time for a little bit and enjoy, and we really feel that when we see that there are only 2 weeks until Christmas. This is why it frustrates us when anyone says “it’s not even Thanksgiving, wait until after to decorate.” It took us over 2 weeks just to decorate, add in shopping, daily life (i.e. work, school, etc) and finding the time to *enjoy* time with family…watching movies, baking cookies, etc.
You don’t want to rush that time with people you love because time is so precious. Christmas time isn’t a time you can shove into a 4 week span… Christmas time is whatever time you can find to celebrate the reason for the seasonβand time with those you love.
If you want to start celebrating in Julyβthat’s up to you. Please remember that these next two weeks and the year that follows. The spirit of the season can happen at any time, and you don’t need to try and “fit it in” between any calendar day. Try to find the time in these next two weeks to really enjoy the season, and if you missed getting the time to bake cookies or watch your favorite movie, don’t let December 26th tell you that you can’t. It’s Christmas until January 6th, and you can keep the spirit all the days of the year. We hope you have the merriest Christmas and that you #StayMerry! βοΈ

20 Days Until Christmas!
The days are flying by! We still have a lot to do for the big dayβand by ‘a lot’, we mean we’re excited to eat Christmas cookies, watch movies, and get some shopping done. We’re so glad we’re finished decorating and can just bask in the glow of the holidays in every room we enter. We love Christmas!
