Scottie Thompson is starring in her first Hallmark Christmas movie this holiday season, “Hope at Christmas”. In the film, she stars as the, recently divorced, Sydney, who decides to spend Christmas in a house she inherited with her young daughter. Throughout the film, Sydney spends her time at a local bookstore where she meets a handsome teacher who reignites her Christmas spirit.

Thanks it early photos from the film, we see that Sydney wears a lovely, and vibrant, blue wrap dress in a few scenes. She’s wearing the Diane von Furstenberg “New Linda” Cashmere Wrap Dress (sans belt) in Cobalt. This dress is currently available for $398 at www.dvf.com and www.shopbop.com.

Can you handle more Hallmark Christmas movie news?! I hope so, because we’re really getting spoiled lately with all the casting and film announcements.

According to a new report from Entertainment Tonight, we will be getting movies from Christina Milian, Ryan Paevey, and former “Grey’s Anatomy” star, Jerrika Hinton. Sean Faris and Eloise Mumford, who starred together in Hallmark’s 2012 film “Christmas with Holly”, are reuniting in a new movie as well.
