Merry Leon Day — aka Halfmas, because there are only 6 MONTHS UNTIL CHRISTMAS DAY!

Today has been spent listening to cheerful carols, watching Christmas movies on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries for Merry Movie Week and starting our checklist for the upcoming holiday season!

6 MONTHS UNTIL CHRISTMAS!

That’s right, we are exactly six months away from Christmas, and it’s so nice to be able to celebrate it in such a big way today with the launch of Hallmark Movies & Mysteries “Christmas in July” programming starting this morning, which will run through July 8th with Hallmark Channel continuing the event on July 9th. I’ll definitely be in my holiday jammies and enjoying some of those festive films today. How do you plan to celebrate? 🎁

Some weeks seem to fly by and some days feel like they drag on this year, but in just 6 MONTHS it will be CHRISTMAS DAY!  That’s right, it’s National Leon Day!  Celebrate ‘Halfmas’ all day with jingle jams, summery holiday treats and maybe a Christmas movie–or two…or three!

Hallmark has released their schedule for their annual Christmas in July holiday programming event, which kicks off on Monday, June 29th. Check out all of the details here!

It’s that time of year again … it’s 6 months to Christmas Day, so MERRY HALFMAS! This halfway mark is also known as National Leon Day — ‘Leon’ is ‘Noel’ spelled backwards.

I can’t wait until Hallmark Movies & Mysteries kicks off their Gold Crown Christmas holiday programming this Friday, June 28th.  Will you be watching? Let’s #StayMerry all summer! 🎄☀️

In exactly six months we will be opening Christmas presents, spending time with loved ones, watching holiday movies, munching on jolly treats and watching festive movies because it will be Christmas Day!  Why wait until December to get in the spirit though? Spend this halfway point, otherwise known as ‘Halfmas’, by blasting your holiday music playlist or popping in a DVD of your favorite Christmas movie. No matter how you celebrate today, I hope it’s filled with joy!

There are only 183 days left until Christmas… and even LESS until the start of the holiday season. The most wonderful time of the year is on its way, so I think this calls for a mini holiday celebration today — don’t you? I’ve put together four festive tips to get you in the spirit!
