You know the holiday season is fast-approaching when the Walt Disney team starts releasing the schedule for Christmas festivities. If you’re planning for a festive trip to the ‘Happiest Place on Earth”, at least I can tell you when to expect Disney to celebrate the season at the Disneyland Parks located in Anaheim, California.

According to the Disney Parks Blog, Disneyland and California Adventure will begin decking the halls from November 8, 2019 and continue on through January 6, 2020.

At Disney California Adventure park, “World of Color – Season of Light” will dazzle with its holiday-themed spectacular of lights, lasers, water, fire and hundreds of fountains bringing animation to life. Festival of Holidays returns, bringing the spirit of the season to life through the sights, sounds and tastes of Christmas/Navidad, Hanukkah, Diwali, Kwanzaa and Three Kings Day (Jan. 3-6).

As tradition holds, Sleeping Beauty’s iconic castle will get it’s beloved wintry makeover along with the famous “it’s a small world” and Haunted Mansion attractions. Additionally, there will be magical holiday transformations made for the residents of Cars Land as well as the return of the fireworks spectacular, “Believe…in Holiday Magic”. It sounds so magical!

Christmas at Disney is my favorite time to visit the parks, and I really miss it.

This just makes me more eager to return!
