Amanda DeLuca (Chabert) is an American tour guide living in Rome, Italy. Her passion for the city and unorthodox methods cause her to lose her job just days before the Christmas holiday, after once again taking her tourists off their assigned route. While contemplating her future, she stumbles into Oliver Martin (Page), a high-powered New York business executive sent to Rome to help close a deal with one of Italy’s top ceramics companies. Lost and late for his meeting, Angela helps Oliver get to his destination, but soon finds herself playing a central role in the deal, as the company owner will only sell to someone who understands the ways of Italy. Oliver smartly hires Angela to be his personal tour guide but gets far more than he bargained for, as a romance blooms between them amidst the backdrop of Rome at Christmastime, and he must learn that life moves at a different pace in Italy. As the deadline approaches for Oliver to close the deal, he is forced to face a choice between following his heart and following the money.

Peyton’s (Anderson) parents decide it’s time for them to retire and will be selling the summer camp they run where so many memories have been made. But first, they host one final Christmas in July celebration that was a beloved camp tradition, for all their alumni and their families. Peyton is thrilled to reunite with friends Beckett (Bowyer-Chapman), now a Broadway star; now-married camp sweethearts Janice (Stryker) and Dave (Hamilton) and Chris (Santos). But she’s much less excited to see Thomas (Bleu), her former boyfriend who broke her heart when he ended their romance after high school. As the friends spend time together during traditional outdoor camp activities, crafts and Christmas pageant rehearsals, they reconnect and reminisce. Peyton, Thomas, Beckett, Janice, Dave and Chris help each other take stock of where they are in their lives and gain insight into what paths they want to take next as they start on their own happily-ever-afters.

Melanie (Ullerup) is an ad executive who is teamed up with uptight coworker Donovan (O’Connell) to come up with the ultimate Christmas commercial for a new cell phone. To complicate matters, Donovan is also Melanie’s Secret Santa recipient in the annual office gift exchange. Keeping her identity secret, Melanie sends him emails from “Santa” to determine the perfect gift for him. When Donovan mistakenly assumes another co-worker is his Secret Santa, Melanie must work to show Donovan that she’s the only Santa for him.
